At 360 Degree Royal Care Pharmacy, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, because of health and safety regulations governing the handling of medicines and pharmaceutical products, our refund and return policy has special conditions. Please read carefully before making a purchase.


1. Non-Returnable Items

For safety, regulatory, and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on the following items once delivered:

  • Prescription medicines.
  • Over-the-counter medicines.
  • Supplements, vitamins, or consumable health products.
  • Any product that has been opened, unsealed, or tampered with.

This is to ensure the safety of our customers and compliance with NAFDAC regulations and other health laws.


2. Eligible Returns

We may accept returns or offer refunds only if:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • The item was damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • The item delivered was expired (we take strict precautions to avoid this).

3. Reporting an Issue

If you experience any of the above, you must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide proof of the issue (photo or video evidence).
  • Keep the product in its original packaging (unopened and unused, where applicable).

Failure to notify us within the timeframe may result in rejection of the claim.


4. Refund Process

  • Once your claim is approved, we will either:
    • Send a replacement product at no extra cost, or

    • Process a refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically completed within 7–14 working days depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
  • If a cancellation is approved, a refund will be issued within 7–14 working days.

6. Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of:

  • Misuse of products.
  • False or fraudulent claims.
  • Delayed reports were made outside the stated timelines.
