How do I take Collagen + C?

Each day, take two (2) tablets (green blister) and one (1) Omega-3 capsule (pink blister). Swallow them whole with a cold drink or water. It is essential to take these with your main meal on a full stomach. Taking them with food ensures maximum absorption of the nutrients and helps prevent any potential nausea often associated with prenatal vitamins. Do not chew the tablets or capsules.

What dosage do I take?

The recommended dosage is:

  • Pregnant/Breastfeeding Women: One full daily dose (2 tablets + 1 capsule) per day.

  • Consistency: Take your supplements at the same time each day to maintain a steady flow of nutrients to your baby.

  • Missed Dose: If you miss a dose, take it with your next meal. Do not take a double dose to compensate for a missed one.

What are the potential side effect?
