Cleaning: Always clean the probe tip thoroughly with alcohol or warm, soapy water before and after every use.
Power On: Press the power button and wait for the screen to display a ready or blinking signal.
Placement: Place the tip carefully under the tongue towards the back of the mouth, then close your lips gently around it.
Measurement: Keep your mouth closed and wait 10 to 60 seconds until the device beeps, signaling the reading is complete.
Power Off: Turn off the device to preserve battery life and wipe the tip clean before storage.
Usage Frequency: Use as needed to check body temperature during illness, fever management, or routine vital sign checks.
Normal Reference Range: Normal oral body temperature generally averages around 36.5°C to 37.5°C (97.7°F to 99.5°F).
