Description
Tixycof Expectorant Syrup is a cough preparation used for the relief of:
• Chesty (productive) cough
• Thick mucus in the chest
• Cold-related chest congestion
• Irritated airways
Shake well before use. Measure each dose with a medicine spoon or cup. Take after meals unless otherwise directed. Follow label instructions or healthcare advice.
Dosage depends on age and product strength. Typical guide:
• Children 6–12 years: 5 ml, 3 times daily
• Adults and children over 12 years: 10 ml, 3 times daily
• Not recommended for young children unless prescribed
• Do not exceed recommended dose.
Usually well tolerated. Possible side effects include:
